Google Ads show on the right side of the Google page and are selected through the keywords a user inputs to the search engine. This allows your target demographic to see your website on the right side of the page when the make the appropriate searches. Another advantage of Adwords ads is they are not limited to just the Google search engine; you have the option to feature on other search engines like AskJeeves and AOL.
To reach your target audience you want to make sure the keywords you use in searches are specific to your site, any excess keywords unrelated with result in higher expenditure and potentially useless traffic.

People from all ages and walks of life operate the internet and more and more are inclined of using it on a new purpose to generate money.
It's too bad Google AdWords has no support to speak of. My account locks up the browser window if I even try to access it. I've emailed them multiple times, but they give the same canned responses each time. They're useless.
